    Shorin-Ryu Karate, Greco Roman Wrestling and of course military CQC for me. I'm in NO WAY near the shape I was in my 20s or 30s, especially with my heart condition. But against your average Joe who has no combat experience I'm mopping the floor with him.

    Lori took to gymnastics like a duck to water, as it was an intricate part of her keeping the weight off when she decided to get in shape as a teen. Until she was 15, Lori struggled with her weight to the point she was teased by others her age dubbing her "Lumpy Lori". No one would dare speak ill of her now.

    Her upper body and core strength are equally as impressive as her lower body. USMC standard is to be able to carry around a kit weighing at least 75lbs (34kg) consisting of your primary weapon, secondary weapon, ammo, food, field supplies and whatever other gear needed for one's MOS (Military Occupational Specialty). Lori can easily lift her own bodyweight, bench press 275lbs (124kg) and deadlift 400lbs (181kg). She's as strong as she is skilled.

    During her downtime, Lori spends at least 2 months a year in Thailand training under Muay Thai grand champion Chitlom Kiatsongrit. Had it not been for her military service, Lori would have likely pursued a career as a professional fighter.

    There's no doubt had she done so, she'd likely not ONLY be a world champion, but the greatest female fighter the world has ever seen. For the most part...she already is. The only difference is her fights don't happen in the ring or in the cage, they happen in active warzones where the stakes are WAY higher than being a prize fighter.

    In recent months, Lori has adapted a new fighting stance. This stance is derivative of Muay Thai and Jeet Kun Do, allowing for more fleet footed movement. This not only increases her defensive capabilities, but allows her to be more rangey with her strikes.
