    I think a name depends of the nature/origin of a character. She looks like some kind of animal/nature spirit or maybe a Djinn but she has a demonic sigil on her forehead. Ancient Greek and biblical names are very cool for a supernatural being/demon or maybe Arabic if you decide that your creature is a Djinn. Hadassah is an Ancient Jew name that means myrtle tree. Rajani means night in Indian. Sauda is black in Arabic. Sthena is Ancient Greek: one of the Gorgons Sisters.

    I thinks that's a good starting point but you can obtain much better looking comic-book style with certain Photoshop plug-ins. I recommend you to experiment with these: Filter-Forge, Alien Snap Art, Topaz Impression.
