    you're using it wrong. Use only LSFG on the right, not the scaling features on the left.

    I get what you're saying overall. It's how you would assume things should work but in practice VX has it's own quirks and it takes a while to figure out the ins and outs. Searching this forums there is a lot of eyeiris problems in general, with no definite answers, I am not that determined to figure out the mystery of eyepass lol. Better to err on the side of caution in my opinion and play it safe when things are not working out.

    It's good to know that specular override is an option, but what do you think would be a good circumstance to use it? I only really use diffuse override to avoid the engine loading textures and rely on h5.

    Example:

    hook5 will automatically read the other textures if they exist R9Panty056_num02.dds, R9Panty056_num03.dds, ... so with that you can create 2D animations. Png works too.

    sure you can, but eyewhite will load last, so the normal and spec maps from _pass will show up when you load a model. If you want to see eyeiris, you have to reselect it in game. When you do, the normal and spec map will unload for eyewhite.

    You can have the same normal and spec map(stage2, 3) for both eyeiris and eyewhite. Then it doesn't matter if one unloads.

    "diffuse override" works too. You can use normal and specular override too and create glowing rotating eyes or growing hearts.

    When you use diffuse override for spec, remember to have the same spec name in stage3 as in specular override.

    I think you need to add the option in Options Manager.exe and enable the language from there.

  6. to recenter a pose, you need to use TkX_Utilities - Local poses - Pose Tools - select your pose - Change Rot $ Pos.

    In Pose Edit, press Ctrl+A, select a value - Ctrl+A - Copy

    Example:

    Hip 2.34344, 0.83434, -1.23245

    Go to TKX_Utils - select your pose - Change Rot $ Pos Select model number

    Copy 2.34344, paste in TKX_Utils X: -2.34344 - Enter to apply

    Copy -1.23245, Paste in TKX_Utils Z: 1.23245 - Enter to apply

    New Hip 0, 00000, 0.83434, 00000  -  Centered/Default position or close to it.

    If the values are not 0, repeat the copy-paste process.

  7. that doesn't show skins, it shows data files that are loaded using _skin_definition.txt + _pass. First you select the skin in body tab, then it will show up in h5 UI-skins.

    SkinGeneral has information about the parts. A model has 5 parts: Body, Feet, Genitals, Hand, Head. Each part has its own base layer, plus additional layers if you want.

    Each texture (female_white_body, ..._feet, etc) is connected to a Part (SkinBody, SkinFeet, etc)

    It seems to be there even if I turn off all spotlights in the room, and it only appears when the camera is pointed in some directions. If I rotate 180 degrees for instance, it disappears.

    Sunlight is off. No ambient lights in the scene.

    Any thoughts how to fix this? Apologies if it was covered previously. I searched a bit but had no luck.

    it's from a light source, spotlight probably. Check level_def for duplicates.

    I am going to assume your looking at the "Social" side of this.  How are you making the connection of labour, product liability, data security, etc...to hiring feminist and progressive people?  Maybe I am missing something but the two things do not compute.  DO you have something that proves that is what they are doing from a "Social" perspective?

    You know proof to back up the connection you are making.

    You are drawing conclusions on something that is factually not true, unless of course you can prove it.

     

    The Social aspect of it is more than what you said. I'm just saying what I remember from others. I can't explain it well.
