Can anyone say what are the fps droppers from high to low.

Hairworks, lights types, mirrors etc etc.. which one eats more fps

Does high texture room has big performance drop is it worth reducing texture quality

if yes how can i .Is it simple as reduce the png file size in active mod

Lights drop fps sure ..so how can I fill light in the room using 1 or 2 lights is there any trick like use skybox or over all exposure, ambient lighting to fill light and along with only one spotlight with low intensity and shadows to have a realistic feel

How to optimize lights i found turning off shadow casting increase fps, any other

Also some other settings which are less noticeable but could help gain fps So if I save some i could add hairworks or another light to make look good

Tested with a mesh hair connected directly to the hip bone (who the f... is messing with my mind, I mean root) instead of the head_joint02 and it seems to work. But what I find interesting is that it also inherits some form of inertia/jiggle physics.

Yea, I know it works, but the problem we had, when dp16 tried, was that the skirt replaces the hair and all the AM hairs that come along with it. So you end up with a bald girl with a skirt :). The skirt has to be a separate add-on and in another category (wig or other) so you can use it alongside hair.

I just realized you can use another invisible model for the hair. Hair on invisible model and skirt in the visible model.

Ah sorry the way I read your previous comment made me think there was something.

Ah really? Okay I've included the Eye and Iris texture folders in the same link, I guess maybe I need to change the resolution of them?

you're missing spec map in _pass. Idk if it works with normal map alone.

  5. skin system / skin definition has nothing to do with the eyes. I don't know why you think it's the cause since the eyes are not even in the same folder.

Maybe it's that 4x mod if you have it that's not compatible with your AM eye textures. Eyes have 2 textures by the way: eyeiris and eyewhite.

Sorry about that, try this one. No idea why it was just refusing to correctly make the link on mega (since the decryption key is just simply that bit after the #).

That's just the skin, no eyes. I wouldn't name the data file like you did. Name it after the model, not similar to _skin_definition.

WTF - That makes no sense. How is it that a classroom file is affecting other rooms. I looks at the files and they all are fine. The only thing I can think of is that since the so call MG leader like to spaghetti code stuff. That this was a cut off point.

But I highly doubt it - but its plausible. I feel like you done some heavy modification and that is why the issue is not happening.

As I noted, this also happens to 'addons' - addons that have lightmaps.

lol damn bro. Memory leak much 🤣

it was affecting Japanese Classroom. He can archive the folder, delete the files and test, won't hurt to try.

I don't know whether there is any physics cloths for this game and couldn't find.

Recently started trying the hairworks and physx earings 😍 fav.

And I wonder there is anything like for clothes too like skirt or loose t shirt.I seen some of those in HS2

I have a skirt that's a hair (hairworks), but it's connected to the head, so it doesn't move with the hip, and you have to use it on another invisible body. It would be cool if someone could make a standalone hair that's in the wig category and connected to hip or hands. You could make cheerleader pom poms.

  9. You don't need to delete anything to improve FPS. High resolution texture doesn't affect FPS, it affects memory and load times(Ram and VRAM). Try fResolutionScale=0.9 in Binaries\main11.fx , disable MSAA if you have it on.

You can experiment with fResolutionScale 0.7+MSAA 2x, 4x. You can also reduce iShadowMapSize=2048, 1024, 512, etc.

Use Spotlights instead of omnilights. You can disable them in Scene Manager, add spotlights with FOV 3 and increase shadow bias until the lines, on the wall or model, disappear.

Some hairworks have high density. You can open(F4) and lower density and shadow density.

You can open h5 UI(F4) Graphic > Common > Profile enable 3 and see what feature is taking too long to render.

You can use Cheat Engine > Speed hack 0.9. It makes the game run slower allowing your system to render more frames. Click the flashing green button, find TK, open it, set speedhack value to 0.9 and apply.

So, I hava a object from a room that is a large TV that displays a "Gif"

files on the folder of the objects are named as  "!TV_AnimSet_01_num01" they are JPG

So playing around with it I found a page to convert gifs to jpg images and I want to put them on the TV but there is a way to "AutoNum" the files? I select all and name them as !TV_AnimSet_01_num01 and I get !TV_AnimSet_01_num01(1)...(2)...(3)

there is a command or way to select and make the num sucesives from the start to save some time instead of renaming them one by one? Like select all and get instatly something like

    "!TV_AnimSet_01_num01      !TV_AnimSet_01_num02       !TV_AnimSet_01_num03" etc?

    and not

    !TV_AnimSet_01_num01 (1)       !TV_AnimSet_01_num01 (2)       !TV_AnimSet_01_num01(3)

you can try Bulk Rename Utility. It can rename all of them the way you want.
