    It's unfortunately not that simple. This can be done with a blender by "transplanting" the genitals and then transferring the vertex order and all weights from the "donor" shemale body, as long as the number of vertices is the same. The task is non-trivial, but not impossible.

    You can try to disable MSAA and lowering the shadow resolution in main11.fx. Maybe this will help a little.

    Checked the poses. Didn't detect any jitter. You could try changing the spine length of the model, or any other parameters that affect the spine. Sometimes they greatly affect the animation of the spine.
