I don't believe you need UVs for the default catsuits at all. If you look at the base texture, it's exactly as it appears, a repeating pattern that it puts over the whole thing, I dont think there is a way to "land" on exact spots. For something like that, I believe the killbill or the z_catsuits are used. If you mean the add-on new catsuit, it's the same thing as the default one, a flat texture.
