Pose with eyes popping out - possible or not?

Hi, is it possible to do a pose with an effect like this for the eyes of one person:

 

 

 

I don't think it is possible with the base game (but maybe I'm wrong) but maybe with a mod (Xbody, etc) or with Hook4/5.

Do you have any idea or clues to do that kind of animations?

Basically you are asking is it possible to morph the eyes.  That I do not know because I honestly have never tried.

Hi, an eyes morph would be perfect. But also maybe a toy or an hook5 object even if it would be less handy. I was asking in case an experienced member has 

memory of such animation in the garden or elsewhere.

nope i personally think it's not possible because the engine is to old and the eyes don't have the movement axis ingame.
