Hi, I've got a copy of TK17 from maybe a decade ago. It was on a laptop that was buried in a storage unit and I've been messing with it again of late. I was wondering if there was an update and found this place! But the download page says "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file." How do I get permitted? Sorry if that's been asked, there is an overwhelming amount of info here!

You have to make 5 posts to get access to downloads. This guide will tell you what kind of posts qualify. It will also give you a list of threads where you can best get started.

However, as for all the basic games files, you can just download them from this MEGA folder without any requirements:
