dose enyone has by chanse something like this or similar as hook5 object?

I'm afraid not... and I think it's safe to say I've collected every Hook 5 Object that's been posted on ModsGarden, and here as well. There may well have an object of this sort created post-ModsGarden, but I have yet to see it. Shame though. Would be a good addition to a scene.

Hey folks gonna continue to say this. Please put completed request in downloads. @sadekhnd...looking at you my dude.  The last thing we want is for request to to turn into what MG was and nobody can find anything.

yes. I started to use it for 2 months and I like it more and more.
