Converting Female body shape to shemale?

I have a custom female body someone made for me. How hard would it be to make a shemale version of it?

Look for a custom skin with a penis. It should be named Shemale_White_Genital.png or Shemale_Black_Genital.png.

this is for for textures. this is not the way to actually turn a female into a shemale.

you need the ability to use blender for this. i have made an xbody shemale. which body are you trying to convert? if so i could include it into my body mod if you dont have experience. will need the body addon if so

Unfortunately, it's a body made for my personal use about 5 or 6 years ago on Modsgarden. Not even sure it would be okay for it to be public release, I completely forget who made it for me.

Basically it is the default body with more realistic tits without the underboob shadows and all that. I have a trans character in one of the comics I'm doing, and I hate having the melon tits on her. lol

I was hoping it would just be an adjustment to the file since the genital shapes are already separate.

It's unfortunately not that simple.

This can be done with a blender by "transplanting" the genitals and then transferring the vertex order and all weights from the "donor" shemale body, as long as the number of vertices is the same. The task is non-trivial, but not impossible.
