This room always ran fine for me. But this is a remake with new tex and meshes Im assuming?

Did not know this one was already done. Was it done as an addon room or a hook 5 room?

The house does not have a lot of real textures, its mostly materials. im making it with textures so it can be texture modded.

It looks strikingly similar in spots, that's why I thought it was the same room. Well, it's a good idea to check it out, because the performance on that one was never a problem and I used it a lot back in the day. I think it may have been one of the best quality "bigger" rooms with very good fps, back when creation and porting of bigger rooms began and it was often an issue.

Made the lights in a separate object so they can be turned on and of in the include option.

Gaining fps for some weird reason hitting 80 now on GTX1070

still the omni's and hairworks kill fps,don't really like any of the normal hairs

Specialy the omni's are bad. spotlights with clamp of 2 or 3 are verry good to use. than you can realy push the lighting.

I will leave this one on a cubemap and skybox i think. 

Here is where i end today:

made separate objects for the following:

- Windows

- Lights

- Plants and trees

These can be activated by the include option so all can be switched on and of.

Not realy happy about the windows yet. there double textured and giving me the transparantcy bug. i think i will make them single texture so the hairs and clothes also work from the outside.

Next will be the detail textures, but thats for another day.

Single face windows fixed the transparancy bug.

Tested it with transparant clothing to be sure.

Working on the re-texture at the moment.

Also changed the size a bit so it will fit the models better.

bathroom, made a marble tub and started with the metals.

Outside, here is where the most work went.

Did the steel textures for the frame works.

Also deleted the kitchen chairs, office chair, and garden chairs, so i can add them separate. This way they can be re-aranged.

I have tried to fix object gaps in the blendfile but it does not export the changes for some wierd reason. I truly fucking hate Blender at the moment.

The plan was to also provide a perfect blendfile with this house so people could make changes, but im done with this one.

Will finish up the gaps and transparanty errors in Hook and get rid of this fucking house.

Im also just human and need a break sometimes.

Turns out im an idiot that was using the wrong object in lefeldef. back to work. Blendfile is fine.

Here are some shots for the changes.

Ceiling was not showing up and showed sky in the office. fixed that. Also emptied out the room and will rebuild with objects that can be removed in leveldef.

Ceiling was was not set correctly in bedroom 2 and fixed that.

There was a object gap in the swimmingpool so fixed that. also emptied out the room so we can decorate it with any bed we would like. Did this to all the rooms.

Window frame was to small and showed a gap. fixed that. no more object gaps in this house.

placing back the furniture as seperate objects so they can be removed. Also gave the winning picture a place of honour.

The entire house has been retextured and can be modded by textures.

Still need to do some windows and build up the Furniture back up again.

Still running at 72 fps at the moment.

Still need to do some textures in the kitchen.

Pool Room is getting there.

Doors can be opened by changing the Y rotation in Hook GUI

Here are some update pictures:

Bringing back some colors in the house. Finished the lighting.

Made some changes to the windows to make them less noticable.

Finished the kitchen. still thinking about making the counter a bit higher its kinda low for a middle model.

The rest of the house is on point. Probable gonna make it a seperate hook object so i can change only the counter.

Finished the living room.

This one will still take a while i think. Ii want to make it as perfect as i can with bounds for hairworks and stuff like that. Also will need a lot of pose starts as its realy big.

Added the Bed end Tables with moving drawers so you can hide your female toys.

Also finished the start poses on the inside of the house.

Next will be the outside poses and furniture.
