Update from 13.11.2018

New update was sent:
- Reworked GUI for CustomizableSkin
- Reworked layer transformations for CustomizableSkin
- Added layer rotation for CustomizableSkin
- Added layer visibility for CustomizableSkin
- Added CinemaLines by request
- Added RGBOffset by request
- Fixed water bug
- Fixed Layer HSB initial values for CustomizableSkin
- Alpha value of spot lights was increased by request

Layer transformations:
Redid this part of system to make offset, scaling and rotation independent from each other, in this way much easy to adjust layer appearance. This will mess all layer transformations in current skins and require readjusting offsets(no needs adjust scaling) for layers that you already use. I add to attachment to this post resaved skin and some LayerData with updated offsets.

Layer visibility:
this one additional param allow to affect all layer texture strength/visibility, will be very helpful with displacement and other

CinemaLines:
Just black lines on top and bottom of picture, search in PostEffect scroll of render settings

RGB Offset
Allow to adjust color RGB values of final image,  search in PostEffect scroll of render settings

Updated Skin example and some layers:

main11.fx was changed search new params: CinemaLines and RGBOffset

Also I know that OpenVR not working for some users - I'm going to research this problem in next update
