Update from 25.01.2019

New update was sent (and again several members will recieve update tomorrow - thanks to gmail):
- reworked TextureTracking
- removed several non usefull/actual parameters
- added new parameters to hairworks, changed GUI window for hairworks
- added parameters iSubsurfaceExcludeIBL, fSubsurfaceSpecularIBL
- fixed uvspeed parameter of group "override" for hook objects
- posted guide for hook (russian language)

Completelly redid this functionality, now it should work smooth

New subsurface parameters
Actually this parameters should not exist because they conflict with physic of lighting and PBR theory, BUT:
1. Diffuse portion of EnvironmentLighting already very blurred (it contain info about lighting along hemispere) and it become more blurred after subsurface effect and it become more red, so I just want to check how it will looks if I exclude it from subsurface and will apply after subsurface effect - can be done with iSubsurfaceExcludeIBL, and for now I leave this parameter for future experiments.
2. Specular portion of EnvironmentLighting compute correct, but we have no opportunity to calculate correct occlusion for this type of light, so specular IBL oftenly occure where it should not present (raytracing engines like DAZ do not have such flaws  http://modsgarden.cc/Smileys/clabicons/rolleyes.gif ) - I did parameter fSubsurfaceSpecularIBL that allow reduce SpecularIBL on skin and even completelly eliminate it

New hairworks parameters
See explanations in guide - new parameters already there. It's additional stiffness parameters and inertia adjustments parameters.

Override group
I get some reports from members that uvspeed and swapspeed for hook objects do not works - uvspeed was fixed, as for swapspeed - it will works only if correspond override texture assigned, this parameters will not override base texture parameters.

I did guide for now only on russian - I hope someone WITH BETTER KNOWLEGE OF ENGLISH will translate it for rest of community, my english sucks. I tried give you info about all hook5 possibilities. For now it contain all actual parameters descriptions and a lot of explanations. But if you will findout that something was missed by me - tell me I will add missing information.

After new year I did lot of attempt to achive realistic head/face shape and shading for characters (this why guide took so many time). I'm not satisfied with result that I got. I also have some ideas that I want to check and it require some experimenting. If honestly I don't want to move further, because all hook was needed only for better character rendering - and now I'm just stuck with thoughts about it, it just always in my head - what's wrong, what's wrong, what's wrong? I'm think a few days later I will make big post about character rendering and my thoughts about it. Maybe I already finish my experiments...will see.
