I've never seen a turban for the game (bit surprising).

The only thing at all close (but not very) - and what you might have been thinking of - is the Female African Headwear by x17:

154   African Headwear (x17) but i also cannot find it anymore.

Yeah, I have the female headwear, I think I must go along with it. Any pointers on how I make a piece of clothe be usable for males?

Looks like this one already is male enabled.

But to make anything else available for all genders, look for a line like this in the Scripts/Dress .bs:

    .Enable :EnableFemale || :EnableShemale;         ( or it may just be   .Enable :EnableFemale )

And delete it.  That's it.

You can also change it by adding the addon in the TK17_DressZonesMove.txt and add gender="all"

Example

file="R9Back034",dz="Handbags", gender="all"
