You don't have enough XP to download this file

Sometimes when I want to download an Addon,  I get the information "You don't have enough XP to download this file " - Contact us

But a contact doesn't exist...

What can I do?

All that you need to know is literally just little to the right ... in the announcements section that is always highlighted, there is Xile Points info read : 

And if it says you dont have enough of XP - it means you need more XP to download it.

5 normal, non-spammy, non low effort posts ----> unlocks the download capabilities

XP (XilePoints) ----> used to unlock any uploaded asset that requires XP (majority does not) only once. Once its unlocked, it stays unlocked for that account. For XilePoints, usually after 1-2 months of regular interaction, user has so much XP that they do not even think about it. 

There is a daily quota of downloads that increases with member level, or special badge status for contributors and donators. The lowest level is member level 1, for anyone who registered on site, and quota is 25 downloads per day.

Spam, lazy approach (low effort posts) and multiple accounts made with intention to leech off are sanctioned ( have always only one account and "grow" that account ).

lol I'm curious, what part of; "You don't have enough XP to download this file" is it hard to understand? Not trying to bust your balls here but I want to understand how a simple statement is hard to understand, so we can make it easy for people to understand.
