You would want to put the Parent folder (containing these) into your Addons.

Be aware though that this looks like the whole Addons pack - if you already have some of the contents installed as individual items, there could be issues.

You might want to extract just the shoes you are after.

Or maybe I could post them to the downloads section for you (let me know) :classic_smile:
