Yea, that doesn't sound fun at ALL. I prefer intuitive interfaces. Not saying TK17's is intuitive...it's pretty primitive. But primitive = easy to learn...so yea, lol.  Easy to learn is intuitive in and of itself.

I think TK17 is easy to learn but hard to master, It took me months to figure all the ins and outs of hook5. Using hook objects, the skin layer system etc... But it was well worth it and did not frustrate me like daz and vam did. I also prefer the look of TK17 daz and vam models looks like they are made out of plastic.

That's pretty much the reason I haven't transitioned to VaM either...EVERYTHING needs to be paid for. The best creators keep their assets behind paywalls...and while I don't fault them for doing so, it pretty much makes the point of entry as a newbie to the program pretty hindering. I'll stick to TK17 and The Sims personally.

Not only that but posing in vam is a pain in the ass, you have to go through multiple windows for morphs and you have to get mods just to move the fingers, etc... I spent hours learning vam just to get frustrated at how time-consuming it was to pose models.

I actually can draw, but I just don't have the time these days to do it as much as I did in my youth. I've dabbled in DAZ in the past as well, but rendering a single image can take forever depending on the quality of your computer's processing. With TK17 it's as simple as setting up the scene and hitting PrtSc. Is it somewhat limiting only having 4 characters in a scene? Yes. But the ease of use supersedes the limitations IMO. You can circumvent this in photoshop, and we now have @Sexvision awesome Crowd Creator now as tool to use as well.

I thought about dabbling in daz, but the time required to set up and render a scene is something I don't have the patience for. There is also the cost factor TK17 is free, daz you have to pay for assets, unless you know how to make them which I do not. Like you said it is easier to get over the character limit in tk17 with photo editing or the crowd generator than painstakingly render images in daz imo.
